Would a Black Ice GT Stealth 360 radiator be enough to cool both my AMD 64 X2 4800+ CPU and two 8800 GTX in SLI? And what would be the best fans to stick on there, that give a good balance between performance and not making my ears bleed?
It's definitely a nice radiator, I personally am not a huge fan of the BI series rads, more of a Thermochill fanboy myself
That rad would do the job though, without question. Just about any triple 120 should do the trick no matter who it's by. I wouldn't go less than a triple 120 however with those monster vid cards.
It's just that the Black Ice GT are only about 30mm thick, where as your Thermochill is like 61mm. So I'm guessing the GT doesn't have as much cooling potential as a normal triple rad?

No, it doesn't but it doesn't really suffer all that badly. The more surface area the better of course, but that rad you have picked out is still a damn nice rad. It will work a treat on your setup mefinks.
Have you chosen a block yet? It looks like the new D-Tek Fuzion block is a sweet deal.
The specs are good... but cream and brown? What were they thinking?
I have two BFG 8800 GTX water cooled editions (Well one installed as the second is RMA'd atm) So the block is the Danger Den ones. The other major problem is that I'm going to need to clean the block, tacking it apart... which means replacing all the thermal pads etc...
Nice thread....was gonna post the same question up myself!!! But I will be using a PA120.3.....G4 Storm and Dual EK 8800GTX blocks with acetal backs....
