Would the ROG Corsair VI be a good Mobo to pair with it?

Also, the only thing I'd need to change is my CPU waterblock right? RAM etc are all compatible I'm guessing.

Yep, Crosshair VI is brilliant, Don't bother with the Extreme though unless you NEED a 90' 24 pin plug, A few extra fan headers and built in M.2 heatsink, Buildzoid on Gamers Nexus did a rundown and while it's a great board it's not worth the extra over the Hero.
