Bioware claims that Mass Effect Andromeda will play at 4K 60FPS+ on a GTX 1080Ti

SPS fact still stands. Just because it is Ubisoft doesn't mean they can afford to go over budget.

Yeah shipping a game with these bugs is totally fine XD

No it isn't but if you think someone consciously made a decision to ship a game with that in, I'd question the reality of it. Despite what the general population might think, writing and testing games that are getting increasingly complex is hard. As a game developer I can understand it, as a consumer I can also appreciate why people get annoyed, however, what I don't like is people jumping to conclusions or just assuming that they know why. This is not targeted specifically at you though, what you said was nothing compared to what some deluded people come out with.

Well I worked for Sony for nearly 2 years as a game tester/bug finder, You'd be amazed what gets through the nets, Some major bugs the devs are like "meh we'll fix it later" ^_^

You do realize that games are considered the most complex pieces of software right? It's not like it's simple and just a button you press to fix everything.
I'm currently taking courses in just a basic Computer Science degree program and you'd be amazed at how complex a basic course can get. I have some programming experience with simple games and I can't even imagine how complex it must be when you need to understand how Computers operate and function on top of writing a game for it with all the bleeding tech people want.

I never said they were simple or that it could be fixed at the press of a single button, Please don't put words in my mouth.
