Bioshock: The Collection will release on PC later today at 3pm PST/11PM BST, upgrading existing Bioshock and Bioshock 2 copies on Steam to the newly remastered versions for free.

I no longer bother to even check for the game that is being released on "X" day with all these idiotic PT/AM/PM horse . I just check 2 days later to skip the annoyance of checking when it's actually releasing.

I think it will be a new standalone version, it will be available at 11pm here in the UK, so you have 10 hours or so to wait.

If it's a standalone version that's going to be great news for the people with old machines that wouldn't be able to run bioshock with the upgraded graphics

If it's in Steam it is automatic. If you bought the GFWL version you need to contact them for a code or something.

Got mine last night. Very pretty ! well, not exactly Crysis 3 standard (the water and fire look amazing though) but brings it bang up to date

I might try DSR to 4k, given how easy it seems to run. Will report back later tonight.
