The issue is, no-one has the code to hack something together so far as I know ? Even de-compiling/compressing the files from the game is against ToS.. and they will 100% ban your account and stuff (including all your origin games) for anything like this. AKA, they switch your account of for X amount of hours/days/weeks....
As for time left, there is plenty, if the engine can do it. But my impression is that the game doesn't work the same way previous titles did, in that, your movements are not stored/done in the same way. So it can't be recording in a numbers kind of way like with BF2. Why do I think this? Well, just look at the client-side hit reg first.. obviously the server isn't the over-arching element it used to be to work out hit detection so I wonder if any telemetry is even stored server-side at all now, which is basically what Battlerecorder is/was.
So I don't think there's any chance this will ever come along, again another example of them using third party tech, that they won't license out so we can't have mod tools, or anything else the community around the game desires.
With Bf4 coming out so soon after 3, you can see why they didn't even bother with mod tools for 3, because that would keep people playing 3 instead of chucking another £54.99 for the game and £39.99 for bf4 premium...
EA All over, just give them your money, lube up and bend over. There is no winning with them.
Edit3: Just had a thought though.. They still actively persue 'hackers' right? Surely the only REAL way to do this is to watch the player cheat in real-time... there must be some kind of information stored on the server... otherwise how would they prove it?.. hmm
(sorry for the brain-splat)
