Bf3 online issue

Hey guys got abit of an issue with bf3 online, when i finish a game, i always get connection to server has timed out and so my progress does not save which is annoying especially when i get lots of kills and point to rank up. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

My friend had this a lot,he ended up putting his rig to stock and opening the ports on his router.And it appears to work ok for him now,infact he has put his OC back on now.

i try opening the ports and see if the issue is still there. its just that i can p[lay a full match from start to finish but when the points are added to to rank thing, the connection goes

It's weird that your progress doesn't get saved

had it happen to me once or twice as well server disco'd or timed out and lost progress.

apparently my progress updated later on, my kills seem to be added on my profile but the connection to server is still there, it puts me off the game even i want to play for hours with out stopping.

Yep, the update is not always instant, but sometimes it is.

I opened the ports on my router but im still getting the problem of connection timed out, so i tried repairing the game and now it wont install

I got the game to install again but the connection issue is still there, any more suggestions guys?

Have you tried disabling the UPnP in your Router??

I have tried this and the issue still remains but its not happening as much as before so its an improvement. Thanks for the link
