Niether. Prices on 120GB/240GB ssds are at an all time low. It's fairly easy to find a 120GB ssd for the same price as a 60Gb model. Then again 240GB ssds tend to go on big sales and aren't much more than 120GB models. If you noticed nearly all newer ssds being released.. none have a 60Gb model. Simply because they don't provide nearly any value and 120GB would cost the same.

Intel, Crucial, Samsung are the big 3.. Crucial probably being the best in regards to price/performance/reliability. M100x drives are the newest and cheapest from them.

To pricey.. but yes they are reliable and quick. Just expensive compared to the competition. Not everything corsair makes is automatically the best.

Never said, just based on what I've encountered on these forums etc... Corsair's seems to be have very good SSDs that "seemed" to be amongst the big boys, that's all :)

Some of their SSDs are more competitive than others. Same goes for reliability.
