best water cooling closed loop

hello what is the best water closed loop cooling cpu block ?

i was thinking of getting the h60 but i wont to know what is the best one i can get for about £80

i would love to have the h100 but it wont fit in my case, i have a cooler master storm scout.
so i would be better off going with air cooled ??

If you decide to go for the H100, watch out for the grinding pump noise. Seems to happen quite a lot
If that happens you have two options: RMA it to Corsair or buy a female molex to 3/4-pin fan connector and connect it to a fan controller and lower the pump speeds. This might or might not affect performance.

Good tip to know with the h60 if it is having noise issues too. However it already has a 3pin header and you can usually just use motherboard fan control in the bios. I've built two systems with initially noisy h60's and both it has fixed the issue without performance issues.
