I hope you haven't pulled the trigger yet.
It is essential that you find out which key switch you like the most. It's hard to do this in the UK since there aren't many places you can go to try out keyboards. What I suggest is buy individual switches from somewhere (white, clear, blue, red, black, brown, maybe even green if you can find it) and stick them in a lump of blu-tack. Put some keycaps on them and try them. You simply can't go by the 'key switch guides' because you have to feel the switches in order to know which one you prefer.
Secondly don't buy 'gaming keyboards'. I, and many others, have found that they are of lesser quality compared to manufacturers such as Filco or Ducky. There are a few that are of better quality such as the Zowie, but in general they aren't great. Macro keys are a bit of a fad aswell, since you can set up a macro to any of your keys using 'AutoHotKey'. I had a Razer Blackwidow and, to be fair, it was a decent keyboard although it had a horrible gloss finish that would attract all kinds of dirt, but it was flimsy.. and the keycaps were terrible. I got a Filco last week and you can instantly tell how well made it is. It's so much heavier than the Razer to start. Definitely worth the £120 in my opinion.
I hope this helps, and if you need any help let me know. I've done quite a bit of research into keyboards before I bought the Filco.
