best heatsink for p4 chip

compaired to the amd chip i used to have this p4 3.4 chip gets hot when i have a game on the go,playing the Command n conquer 3 demo for about an hour and the cpu temp is up to 60c,ok so i only have a cheapo heatsink n fan on the cpu,what i really need is a good quality HS which will bring down the temp.Can someone point me in the right direction please...many thx

oops sorry it's socket 775,as for the case i,m having a spot of bother find one with a side window made of aliminium that takes my fancy

Lapping the cpu hmm i have doubts about that,but i dont mind naffing up a new heatsink..

My Arctic Cooling Freezer7 Pro arrived this morning so i quickly fitted it and while i was doing it i gave the system a good dusting down the ammount of dust that gets in all the nooks n crannies never ceases to amaze me,anyway apon booting up the system was making a terrible noise like something was touching a fan my first thought the new heatsink,nope my dvd audio cable was catching my vga fan after rerouting it the system was fine,asus probe was reporting some very very nice cpu temps i have never seen cpu temp at 31c just surfing.Thx guys for steering me towards the Arctic Cooling Freezer7 Pro,this beast sure does the job.Most impressive

on mine P4 @ 3,00GHz, with full untilisation of both threads, i'm getting temps about 42°, idle its lightly unter 30°, can you tell ya full-load temp pls?

btw, my fan runs @ 75%=2200RPM and it is very silent im comparsion to 100%=2700RPM (yes, speedfan shows me 2700RPM )
