Best cooler for core 2 duo!

I have a freezer7 on the auto speed setting in the BIOS so it's not on 100% and it's very good, especially for the price (think it was £14incVAT). It's not stupidly noisy either.
I guess it's not "THE BEST" but it depends on what your definition of the best is I guess
(should money come into it?)
