Best 60hz-120hz gaming monitor under $350AU

i would like to try 120hz but if the 60hz monitor is just heaps better then i will go 60hz

Also kinda depends on what hardware you're running, what hardware you're likely to run, and what games you play.
If you play slow paced RPGs you may not need 120Hz panels as it's unlikely that you'll truly feel the benefit, whereas they can look pretty damn amazing and an IPS 60Hz monitor can really make things look amazing.
But, if you play FPS games such as BF4 you may not be able to successfully reach 120fps enough for it to be truly worth it.
Anything I say on this matter is based on other's views as I own neither an IPS panel monitor (
) or a monitor with a 120Hz refresh rate, but to me the colour reproduction would be more advantageous. Put simply when at a steady 60fps I think everything's as smooth as butter.

The only 120Hz monitor near your price rage is the BenQ XL2411T 24in LED 144Hz Gaming Monitor for $399 at PcCaseGear and it's better at 144Hz
