Best 256gb ssd?

I'm going to get a 256gb ssd for my main drive in my new rig, and I'm wondering which is the best ssd at this capacity. I was thinking the Crucial M4 or the Samsung 830. I'm just wondering what ssd you would suggest, as I'm leaning towards the crucial.

I would go for the samsung 830, because it's cheaper most of the times.
But if you can find a Crucial m4 cheaper, and make sure it's not the "m4 slim". Then grab that one.

There is no difference between the 9 and 7mm versions. I would personally go for the 7mm as it could go in a laptop at a later data, since most of the newer note/ultrabooks are using slim drives.

Well on Amazon, the Crucial is $199.99, and the Samsung is $198.99. So it essentially doesn't matter which one, really? I like that the Samsung 830 is all Samsung, but the Crucial is apparently the most reliable drive out there.
