The Japanese electronics company SHARP is developing a new bendable display using the company's IGZO panel technology to be used in mobile devices..
The prototype you can see here is only 3.4" but larger sizes can be expected for use in mobile devices. Bendable screen won't only be a very interesting feature for the end product but can also help during manufacturing.
Sharp will spend over 1.84 billion dollars in the OLED business. The money comes from Foxconn who have agreed to buy Sharp.
