Battlefield Bad Company 2 Multiplayer Stats issue

I just bought bfbc2. I started playing multiplayer online.I played for like 3 hours straight.In game it said that i unlocked F-2000 assault rifle and became a private-1 and when i exit the game it says "Stats Updating" and im back to 0.Ive did quite a few times, same thing everytime.Please can someone help me with this issue cuz the main thing i bought bfbc2 is for multiplayer.Please can someone tell me what to do like unblock ports,etc.???

PS: I even contacted EA about this.They say they have no clue.

Nope doesnt work.

I just got 250 points as assault.Exited game.Stats updating came stats were zero.Logged out and logged back in.Stats updating came stats again zero.

play a few full games so you get pins etc etc are you on now i got some servers that are good
