Battlefield 3 artifacts!

still no freaking solution. and bf3 is now unplayable when i play large maps for over 10 minutes

first some stripy artifacts and after about 30 min black squares and weard textures everywhere. yesterday i saw somesort of turquoise tile patern on the freaking road?! and sovjet looking marks in the sky .... like wtf XD plz heeeelp im noyl rank 9 because of this

there is still no permanent fix, nvidia has got me this mad, that i am going to sell it and purchase a 6950 since ive never had any bad experineces with amd cards. scrue u NVidia

My friend had the same isues with his 5 series nvidia card, but since the new patch from nvidia he has had no further problem.

uninstall the driver and install it again, during the install click the custom install and only install the driver, not the audio or 3d or update and tick clean install.

that alone seems to have fixed it for other people.

You only uninstall the graphic driver. Start-control-programs-uninstall program-find the grapchic driver- Nvidia or Amd catalyst

Reboot and add latest driver from Nvidia/Ati and then reboot again

ok so i ordered my 6950 2gb sapphire dual fan card. And i want to know how to correctly uninstall Nvidia shit, is see things like boot in safe mode but this seems like an extreme hassle for something small. So i removed all the Nvidia things throughout control panel programm remover, is there anything else i should do?

it is a problem with the 560 video cards, it's the driver compatibility with the game, a lot of people are having this problem, try updating the driver and check if it is happening in other games. It can also be your vRAM as BF3 in big maps and players need to render a heck of a lot and with 560 your vRAM might not be enough.

Paszion ty for the help, but thb i sold the card because Nvidia really dissapointed me there, so i bought a sapphire radeon 6950 2gb dual fan edition. for only 230 euros so thats nice. Bf3 on ultra settings with 55 fps

Ok, it has been some time now. But if someone wants the source of the problem. It is a memory big in witch battlefield requires more then 1gb of GPU memory. I now use a 6950 2gb and i play bf3 on ultra (1680 x 1050) without lag or artifacts. im not sure if there is a fix for it now. but if thats not the case try and buy a gpu with 1.5gb or more memory onboard.

Hope this solves some issues.
