They started up in either 2005 or 2006.
2007 they developed the first ddr2 1200mhz and ddr3 2000mhz RAM.
Not long after that they started OEM'ing to larger brands like OCZ, Mushkin, Geil and possibly a few others.
Either 2009 or 2010 they started focusing more on their own brand products.
In 2011 they announced the world first 8gb stick of DDR3 1600mhz.
Some of the years may be + or - 1 as im going from pure memory here, they are a pretty good company and personaly i wouldnt worry about them being low build quality.
