AV Input into a Sapphire X800GT

I have an X800GT, and I would like to be able to record video from my TV on it. Is this possible? It has a propriatary SVIDEO in/out 7 pin port that connects to 3 y Pr and Pb female ports. Anyone know how to put coax into this?

Didn't think you could input to an x800gt mate - you'd need a TV card
