Build Log:
I have wanted to do a completely water-cooled system for a while. My current setup in an NZXT H440 looks great, However its a bit large for my workspace. I am only going to have one video card so am going mITX this time. The build is going to be called Atomic Punk and will have a guitar themed custom paint job. Once the final paint is on the case the name will make sense I promise. The system is going to have some parts from my current gaming rig and run Windows 8.1 and OSX. I am going to keep the H440 system and put back in the ASUS GTX 760 Stryker video card.
Specs:
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolve ITX with window
Power Supply: Corsair RM650 with custom sleeved cables made to length by me
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97N-Gaming 5
CPU: Intel Core i7 4970K
Memory: Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400 MHZ 8GB
GPU: EVGA GTX 980 SC (From my current rig)
SSD: 2 x Samsung 840 Evo 750GB (From my current Rig)
Water-cooling parts are still being chosen. There will be a 240 radiator in the front and one in the top. Also I will probably use the EK DDC Short Res pump top to save space. I have not decided if I will use hard acrylic tubing or soft tube.

Build Log:
Since the case is going to be custom painted the first step was to disassemble the entire case. This case is pretty friendly for painting as all the outer pieces of the case are held on with screws. the inner core of the case is held together by rivets and I have not decided if I am going to paint that portion or leave it black. The black interior will be a nice contrast to the outer shell and show off the components well.
The case looks a little sad completely naked:
Next the outer shell of the case was lightly sanded and prepped for primer. I have sprayed the case parts with grey primer and am going to wet sand them with 1500 and then start the painting process. Everything comes apart fairly easy. The hardest part was getting the metal front off of the plastic body that snaps into the front of the case. It is held on with bend over metal tabs like the side window and it took a bit of work to get them all at the right angle to push the metal piece out of the front.
Next I put the case back together temporarily to decide if I want to de-rivet the interior frame and paint it, or leave it black. I am leaning toward leaving it black at this time, however would love to hear any feedback
