Looks like details for ATI's first foray into the upcoming Socket AM2 are here. Codenamed the RD550, this will feature support for the new dongle-less Crossfire, a welcome addition. It will have 1 16x PCIe slot and 1 8x PCIe slot.
Also in the article, we learn that the upcoming RS600 and RS690 graphic chips WILL have full HDCP support enabled, transmitter and keys all. These look to be coming out in June of this year.
