Okay sound card general question,

General Music (SPECIALLY with Ziltoid 2 coming out soon DDD, Ellie is quite the fan Of Metal)
Music Making/Sound Production for Games

ASUS's Xonar DS 7.1 or SNR audio.

I'm using a Turtle Beach Earforce X11 Headset. Or i can use the stock Issue Dell ultrasharp Speakers.

I own a Xonar DS 7.1 anyhow ouo, Just it lagged the system really bad when installed .o. so i was considering getting another

You probably got a bad install on it.

Driver sweep and try again. I've not had much experience with soundcards so someone else will have to help you here.
