The Z270F is a peach of a motherboard in terms of features and aesthetics. But the Prime is no slouch either. As is the case with a lot of these motherboards, go with the layout and aesthetics that suit your tastes. Locate all the fan and USB headers and see if they are located in the position you want. For instance, I'm more interested in the ASRock X370 Taichi as the 24-pin is located higher up than the ASUS Crosshair. This will line up better for the 24-pin grommet of the case I have planned. When there are no distinguishing differences other than aesthetics, pay close attention to the minute details and follow your requirements and preferences.
