I give you all a quick look round the test rig we used for the Asus ROG Poseidon GTX780
Interesting "hybrid" cooling system! It makes me wonder though. If you opt to use the water barbs, are the fan profiles still somehow bound to the GPU temperature? Or can you set up a profile that ties the fan speed to the VRM temps instead of the usual GPU temps?
nice tom just one thing, check out how to pronounce Poseidon![]()
Yeah Yeah - too faffing late now![]()
hahaha you're only human guv, sorry i had to point it out it was driving my ocd nuts

LOL! It's spelled aluminum. You and Tom added an extra "i".Bartacus, aluminium is pronounced al-you-min-ee-um. That's our opinion, and we're sticking to it!

The correct and original way of spelling it is Aluminium but over time the Americans bastardized it to suit their needs, Easier to say and write which is always a good thing![]()
That's not strictly true either Dice. Like in my post above, Humphry Davy (an englishman) gave it the 'American English' name aluminum which must have stuck in some parts of the world before it was changed to aluminium to be more consistent with other metallic elements
You can read about it here if you like http://elements.vanderkrogt.net/element.php?sym=Al
Already did read about it before I posted Remmy and as it was changed to have the "i" in it, It was officially recognised to be correct which is why many people view the yank way of spelling it to be incorrect even though it technically isn't.
I had this discussion with my English lecturer and it use to drive him crazy if anyone said aluminum ^_^
