asus rma ?

Just wondering if any of you have sent stuff back to asus and what time table did it take them to fix it or not fix it and get it back to you or notify you. Im in ky so theirs a asus rma center in lou i live 40mins away so they already have my stuff i wont have to deal with long shipping time unless they send it out to another rma center to repair. I looked on the asus rma online checker yesterday and it was saying repairing now it says your rma is not listed.
 
I've never had to RMA anything from ASUS before, fortunately. But, I have known people who have, and ASUS usually have the item back within a fortnight. Seeing as you're not that far away from their service centre, and therefore shipping doesn't come into the equation...a week turnaround would prolly be a reasonable estimate.

Not sure about the good ole USofA. But I found them to be quite helpful (when I eventually found out where to send it), they even emailed the report to me, as it happened their was nothing wrong with the board.

Yeah, took about 2 weeks from me sending it.
 
i sent it last thursday they got it friday later friday it showed up in their system then later on friday it was gone now its back and shows up a new serial # and has a memo of the old so repair but be almost done. Finding the rma info on asus was a pain sence they say to email them then sometimes you get a email saying were experienceing a large amount of spam.

With most manufs one of the biggest things is finding the correct people to speak to. After wading through front desks, help desks, cs, the janitor, then finally the returns dept, they usually turn out to be quite helpful.
 
got a email today saying my repair is finished and being shipped so they got it thursday and shipping out on monday 3 business days aint bad will see when i get it if it all works.
