ASUS Reveal their GTX 1070 Strix Gaming

So far I like ASUS Strix GPUs over any other in the 1000 family. Didn't like their last gen one though, that was the Gigabyte 980Ti G1 Gaming that got that win from me.

Also really liking the RGB feature on the backplate and the 6 different modes on it.
I like that, it's a nice new touch in my opinion :)

As far as RGB goes it's pretty good. I do like the last strix as well (stealth is good) but I'm biased I have two of them :P

If I was in the market now I'd be looking at the 1080 Strix or maybe the Founders. EVGA's don't look too bad. Not a fan of the SC, the FTW looks nice and the Classy is a bit odd. I love the RGB control but I think the whole look is ruined by the red mesh on the front. The back suits it though so maybe when I see more photos I may change my mind. I just can't help but think a neutral black, grey or white mesh would be better suited to the RGB lighting.

Not a huge fan of the 3 blade fan design. Just like the former version I bet this one will sag like an old granny!

Seems like any three fan setup seems to sag more than a two fan setup, Doesn't look like GPU makers have seem to fix this issue as of yet, They all add these little bits of metal and claim it helps to GPU sag but it really doesn't.

It does help. But overtime it will eventually sag. Gravity eventually wins.
