ASUS Releases their 180Hz ROG Swift PG248Q G-Sync Monitor

This will be fantastic for the competitive crowd seeing as 24" is the sweetspot so everything is in your field of view.

The baby sister to my PG278Q... which I love! Had the 24" been available two years ago I'm not sure which I would have gotten. This would be great for a second gaming PC in the house.

Smart play, ASUS.

I will never understand stand how people can play games on such small screens anymore. Been happily using 40"+ TVs for 9 years now.

This is the one thing console gamers have over PC, they have been on TV sizes since their inception yet PC monitors top out at 32" or so and are massively more expensive than TVs of the same size even though those TVs are usually better (minus the advent of G/free-sync)

For good reason too, monitors and TVs are totally different beasts. Refresh rates, pixel density, GtoG, adaptive and native resolutions... The short of it is TVs good, monitors better.

3 of these will do nicely for my surround set up once i get certain things back to working order been waiting for this since last ces when JJ shown us
