ASUS Release the Triton 79 Amazing

Looks tidy I think.

Biggest question I`d want answered is how well it performs against a Scythe Ninja/Infinity. Cos if it`s not as good, I wouldn`t want one.

On the esthetics side tho it looks appealing to the eyes, nothing outstanding in the sense that u will see the plate that goes over the top of it... U can see the limited edition flavor to it. With the box, and I guess the added price to that edition tho, it better work well.

Want a nice box and wallet thingy ? If the cooling action isn`t as good as the above, then not really.

Did try and find how it supports quad core processing, only came up with that it does the socket ... in the same way as dual cores .. or single I guess ?? (don`t like buzz words me)

Totally agree with everything Rast said to be honest..

So where do the boxes go when you've taken your hardware out of them?? All of mine are inside my cases box in my sisters old bedroom in the corner. Not really willing to pay more for a fancy box when I don't sit there looking at it. Oh yeah and getting yourself a lil card with your very own serial number on.. Whoopy!! I'll give someone their very own serial number if they want one :)

That aside.. If it comes up with the goods performance wise then fair play.

Cool Cooler

:wavey: Until recently i was using a cooler for my old 64 dual core 5600+ chip and having gone upto a phenom quad 9600 it really wasnt cutting it anymore as my chip was running at 70+ deg cent idleling. I bought one of these lovely looking coolers as i had searched a bit for the best non-liquid cooler i could find by using reviews and reading "lots" in this site. Having taken ownership of the said cooler it was packaged very well. Its very well built and works like a dream. My chip now runs at no more than 42 deg cent under full load. Well worth the money in my eyes. :wavey:
