Asus P8z68-v Pro (Bluetooth Bios)-Question

Does anyone know if Bluetooth keyboards work for the bios/ additional boot-loaders for this motherboard?
Also, what's your opinion of the new Logitech K810?

My mate has the P9X79 Pro and had to use a USB keyboard - and that uses the same bluetooth adapter as yours.

However, my mum has a Dell with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse (with their own bluetooth USB adapter) and that works fine...

So maybe they need a USB adapter to connect to, rather than an onboard one?

The thing is, I have a Hackintosh, which requires having me to select windows 7 or Mac, though my bootloader. Although I heard that the IOGear Bluetooth 4.0 adapter (£16.99) is the adapter I should opt for.
But I would also like to know, (I know its not a gaming optimised keyboard), but is there that much lag between Bluetooth and a wired keyboard? (Noticeable lag)
