Asus P8P67 Pro vs. Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4-B3

I'm building a new rig soon and I'm stumbling on the motherboard.

I can't choose between these two boars. the components I plan on using are:

CPU: i7-2600K (going to overclock)

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14

RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 16GB 1600mhz DDR3 Ram(dual channel)

Case: Cooler Master 922 HAF

SSD: Crucial C300 Sata III 64gb SSD

HDD: 1TB Samsung Spinpoint F3

GPU: ATI Radeon HD 6950

PSU: Corsair 850W Modular Power Supply

Please offer opinions I can't decide between the two or I'm open to alternatives.

I have had better experience with gb than Asus so would take the ud4

Both mobos are fine,but i would go with the ud4

Maybe p67 sabertooth b3,that just have been rewieved here.

As Tortuga said the UD4 or the Sabertooth, I would say the UD4 but both are respectable
