Asus Maximus vi Formula Self Booting

Dunno if any of you guys have this issue, but since building my rig, my computer boots itself up randomly after i have shut it down. Times can vary e.g. shutdown then 5min later starts back up, or, shutdown and an hour later boots up.

Any idea what is wrong?

I've tried so far:
Uninstalling Intel RST
Flashing the bios (currently v1402)
Disabling WOL and turning off any BT devices

I'm a bit confused. Noving out the ordinary on the event viewer either

Reset bios to default. If that doesn't work, go into bios, Advanced\APM if I'm not mistaken and enable ErP Ready, set Restore AC Power Loss to off, disable Power On By PCIE/PCI and RTC.
