Soldered onto the PCB and with heatpipe cooling to maximise OC potential and performance...apparently.

Not upgradeable by the looks.
 
Can't see that taking off really. Only time I can see it being used is in pre-built systems to keep the cost down, thats assuming it doesnt cost more than the P35 (without the ram) and ram bought seperately.
 
Looks very good, and the user could always add the additional fan for extra cooling, i think with a bit of time and effort the Heat pipes could be removed if required, but this looks a good M/B for the average user.
 
I agree with Thor. Also are they copper heatsinks or just copper coloured ones?
 
I think that the fins (& tubes sometimes) are actually copper, but the bases are just anodised aluminium :(

Although it's difficult to tell from a picture!
