I would have thought that they would have made performance similar to the 970 rather than the 960? I can't imagine price to performance being good here since this years GPU's have been real expensive and a 960 second hand is under £100.

960 already doesn't run hot. So this dual fan lower-end 14nm card will run at like 10 °C lol.
