Asus GPU Tweak / MSI Afterburner

Howdy people.....

I've downloaded these two OC'ing softwares from the their respective sites, but the ASUS program doesn't load and Afterburner loads but doesn't detect my Video Card..

I'm thinking its because I dont have .NET Framework, but could it be something else? Current I don't have CCC but starting to think I'm going to need it

Device Manager says that I'm up-to-date...

EDIT:
Even though Device Manager said I was uptodate, I installed .NET 4 Framework and Catalyst Control Center and now both Asus GPU Tweaker and MSI Afterburner work flawlessly....
