Asus GeForce GTX 780 flashing bios?

With the normal ASUS GTX 780 (reference model NOT DCUII) then would I be able to flash the bios and us the EVGA 780 FTW ones? Or is there any other that would be better?

I would put a waterblock o the card.

If it is a refference card you can flash the BIOS.
The Skynet BIOS is the best one to use from what I have read, it gives you more voltage to play with.

As far as I know it is the best one for 780/780Ti and Titans because it gives you more voltage to play with. I think it also gets rid of the boost clock and just gives you a set overvclock.

I'd read up on it before you go ahead and use it though, I have no personal experience with it and just know what I have read.
