Not a bad idea. Creative. However I'd agree with Dice. With the industry's (cough Nvidia) recent GPU fire issues this probably is a good way to kill a board and a GPU.

Idk why they can’t accept that the traditional 8pin works it’s like they are trying to create gimmicks that aren’t needed for users that have no issue while only creating issues and increasing costs asus ya not gonna sell many the years of rog actually meaning anything are gone along with the overclocking era and yet they still put out over designed cards that do very little difference at all.

Anyone for £1000 budget mobos on lower end cards and for what reason when if you were gonna spend that on a board wouldn’t you just buy a higher end gpu it’s madness
