after a long hard look at the new ATI cards I think the

Asus ATI Radeon EAX-X1900 XT-X 512MB is the best master card to get (should be at £500) :O



core 650 mem 1550

would I be best getting a 650/1550 slave ?

and any recommendations what card to get as a slave ?

I might be wrong, but the rig will default to the slowest settings of the two cards.

AFAIK Mav is right, so get a card which matches it for speeds, and it also means that if you overclock them they are likely to get to similar levels so you wont be too limited by the weaker card.
