Rumors came out about 2 days ago that they are planned for end of next week. Which is close to end of july. I'm just tired of waiting. If it's not end of next week i'll probably spring for a 1070.

The performance gap between a 480 and 1070 is quite large almost twice as fast in some games and that's before overclocking, I'd personally just go for the better performing card.
