ASUS updates their 600-series AM5 motherboards to support "Next-Gen" AMD Ryzen processors.

So 9000 series chips this year and the X3D versions like Q1-2 next year. If AMD decide to keep the AM5 socket for the foreseeable future they could be onto a winner like with AM4.
