Assassin's Creed: Syndicate system requirements

Assassin's Creed: Syndicate's system requirements have been revealed, and thankfully they are lower than Unity's.

This game is much better from what my console friends tell me than last year. So hopefully these reductions come in hand with optimizations. From what I have seen on consoles I don't notice a difference in NPC count so that could be a reason, hopefully on PC that's not the case and it really is just better optimization here so it keeps some of the immersiveness
