Assassin's Creed Mirage's update 1.05 finally adds a Chromatic Aberration toggle

For anyone who has played this, is the game any good? I'm interested but also hesitant to buy seeing as it's a short game for still a lot of money.

It's ok, Not great but it's meant to be a fairly accurate depiction of 10th century Baghdad. Gameplay is more akin to AC2, Graphically it's slightly worse than AC:Valhalla, There are some serious PS2 level textures going on in some places. Performance is solid.

you had me at AC2 to be honest. Ezio era AC games were the best. I saw from your Screenshots the hilariously bland assets and details, but often gameplay trumps graphics when you find the right one you love so much. Just look at the original FFVII afterall. Its detail was awful even for playstation standards at the time of its release.

In many parts when you're in the big city the streets reminded me of AC2 in the way you have a good amount of options for escaping pursuers and good routes to get a nice parkour rhythm going and the city is really lived in too as everyone's going about doing something so it has a nice lived in sense to it.

If they put some effort in with the graphics in certain places it would've been a 10/10 for me.
