Assassin's Creed Empire has been listed with a Q4 2017 release date

That's what I mean about AC becoming a history lesson rather than a game. Each title is little more than a novel look at various different eras. The graphics are stunning, the architecture is accurate and the culture is rich, but the game still has loads of bugs, has terrible story, is really demanding, and has the same gameplay issues it's always had. And each time you have to pay €60 and download a 60GB file to play it. They feel more like expansions than whole games.

ah well i didnt pay full price. I bought all AC up to AC3 for ten quid via steam sale. I guess many bugs were ironed out by then too so never noticed them in AC3.

But im not defending it that much. I know ubisoft has a history of terrible releases. All I'm saying is that I enjoyed it alot.

Yeah, that's what I did. Christmas or Summer sale and I bought a bunch of 'em for dirt cheap. :D I don't own Syndicate or Unity because they're still expensive.
