Asrock 990FX killer

Because at the moment the only really 'super' high end motherboard for AM3+ is that ROG one and obviously asrock think there is enough of a market for it/know something that AMD is keeping secret.
 
well if looking at it that way most of the lower end boards while do support the 8 core cpu's they have troubles with them since they draw so much power alot of the regs are burning out. If I was to build a high end AMD rig it'd be flagship boards or nothing. Due to the higher power phases they normally boast.
 
My motherboard is (for me) the minimum for the 8 core cpus. The 6xxx aren't as bad to motherboards and the 4xxx can run on anything vaguely AM3+ without damaging it.
