Aquero 6 Pro questions.

I can pick up the Aquero 6 Pro for 100E

I was about to buy a new aquero 5 LT:

If I get the 6 pro then there will be about a 40E difference in price, does it justify it with the 6 pro?

Where I can buy them then it says 5 LT is 58 euros and 6 pro 150 euros.

How many fans do you plan to run?

Apples and oranges mate. The 5LT is a displayless controller designed to run 3 pin fans, and the 6 has a display and is designed to work with 4 pin PWM fans. So the extra €40 pays for the display, buttons, and PWM fan compatibility.

I would like to run in the end 28 fans in total. Most of those fans would be 3 pin.

28? So just a small build then. For that quantity, I'd stick with the 5LT and spend a few euros more on the water cooling block for the VRMs.

Get the 6. You will not be disappointed.

Like others have said, get the 6. You'll be able to quickly monitor your system without exiting a game for example, and be able to set it up and fault without the need for an OS (just patience!).

Well in the end I got the 6 as he baited me with a 95E price tag. So I got it in the end.

I am still learning to use mine but its an outstanding controller.

I actually bought the other as well (Aquero 5 LT) for a mini itx build so now I can compare once they are up and running.
