No chance. Unless he put a patent on it (which I am not even sure he could, given the shape is an AMD copyright) then he doesn't stand a snowflake's chance in heck.

Getting a patent would have taken him so long we would have been two gens in before he got it any way.

Besides, his stuff is very expensive and sells mostly to his fans. So I can't see it hurting him too much.
