Lol dumb. That defeats the purpose of the system, their is a 1st party normal shaped 'classic controller', and it wouldn't be fun without the wiimote. You are sadly confused.

I agree. The reason why I'd want the Wii is not because of it's stunning graphics, next gen tech, or because of it's wide area of targeted audiences.

It's cause of the wiimote (is that the real name? it sounds cool ). Playing the Legend Of Zelda with the wiimote slicing at the wiivillains with the wiisword will be pure pwnage. Someone like mii would love to play with a wii.

i wouldnt say that nintendo aimed at kids with the wii or gamecube, i always thought they were looking for the whole family instead of the teenage lad who loves his FPS. Just my opinion.

Think i might get the wii though. looks fun and i can have a work out whist playing, Got to be the first console to do that

I'm pre-ordering one very soon... cant wait to have a go on it, Wii sports looks great and there's plenty of good sounding release titles.

The whole point of the Wii IS the controller. It's innovative and looks uber fun

He means the shape of it, not the concept. Frankly i think its an ugly little thing and agree that someone should make a more functional one with some more ergonomics in mind

The thing is crazily ergonomic, it feels great in your hand. It's nice and light and the rumble feature works flawlessly.

I think it will be great fun to play with, i mean if theyre built as well as PS2 controlers u will actualy be able to hit eachother with them and get/cause hurt.

/me wonders what Ham does with all his remote controls for his tv etc :s I'd hate to change channel at your house

Yar, only looks like a remote to me. If it were more rounded for cylandrical intsead of rectangular maybe, in this case, wow.
