Anyone else got a statement from IDNet?

I got one in the post saying I owe them £149.94 since December! I pay by bank transfer and Simon previously told me they are going through fine.

Emailed Simon but he's on holiday, so had to email support as the phones are closed for the weekend.

Andyone else got this?

Nope not here. They charge my card monthly and have always given me a call if there has been problems (changed card).

Got an email from Simon - he is supposed to be on holiday! Apparently it's just their system automatically sending out a 12 month statement, and nothing to worry about.

Got a phone call cos i'd given them the wrong credit card details but since that not heard a peep + everything's been fine.

Yeah give em a ring, i was with eclipse for 2 years before anyone noticed they'd not been charging me, then got the mother of all bills. Thankfully i'd been putting money aside on the assumption they'd realise eventually or i'd have been in serious trouble.

Whew - glad to hear that. It was a bit of a shock to get an annual statement !
