I use Bitdefender TS since 2013. Best one i have ever used. I used it on a machine back in 2013 that was heavily screwed with Trojans/Adware/you name it. It along with Malwarebytes in total found over 60 different viruses(excluding those cookies AV always report). Both cleaned it all up and nothing was reported. Just for lols i even ran Windows Defender to see if they left anything behind and nope they didn't. I also got rid of over 240 cookies reported by both. Safe to say i got rid of as much as i could and got the personal data my family member needed off of it. After that it sure as hell ran far faster and quiter.. but i destroyed it. No matter what you can never get rid of all of them. If it is especially that bad it'll never be fixed... just gotta break it.
