To me they are a nice mix of Corsairs original SP fans with the changeable ring and their newer SP LED fans, Nice middle ground

Anyone got the specs on RPM, noise, airflow and static pressure? Want to see how they compare to the Corsair SP and AF LED fans before I commit to buy.
EDIT: Got the specs.
Only available in a 120mm version with two speed switch.
No mention of static pressure, but compared to the Corsairs I'd guess pretty weak.

Just so everybody is aware the first stock for EU has landed, but it was limited qty due us air flying some in, the rest of the shipment on the sea.
All the stock we air flew in from Asia ended up being sold, just before it all landed, so no samples for review just yet, the sea shipment is due in around week, I will sort TTL out then with 1 of each colour for him to review

They'll last longer then corsair fans and probably be quieter too
(going on personal experience)
Not a fan of LED fans full stop personally.
I had Antec fans in the past and they were loud as fuck my Corsair fans are a lot quiter.

Yah but I guess that the Corsair ones are newer and so are these fans... probably better built.
You can't compare an 2004 car with an 2014 car, it will be improved in many ways (well you can... but you get my point

I just don't like the fans, IMO Antec don't make good products unless you want something cheap

I wouldn't quite go that far. Back in 2003 I bought one of their Soprano ? cases. Can't remember the name now but it was all black with a piano black front. Back then that was one of the only cases you could get in black and it was very well made.
I also bought one of their PSUs and it lasted for five years before the fan died. I replaced the fan and AFAIK it's still going today (that was in 2007).
I wouldn't say their products are bad. Every one of them that I have had has been solid. Their designs are usually a bit 'meh' though. Back when every one started doing the innards of cases black Antec held firm and stuck with silver which stopped me buying their cases.
I like the idea of this fan. Sadly I think like loads of other stuff they are going to be done to death but hey, that's good news for Antec as it means lots of sales.
I will be honest and say that this is probably the only new product they've made that's even made me look at it twice. Useless to me of course my PC is orange and black and I wouldn't replace my Cougars for anything but yeah, can definitely see the appeal here.

Did you ever see the Antec 1600 case what a piece of shit that case was they just copy the Corsair 900D and and they made it worse.
Well you had good luck, So it's my opinion, Why is it i can't have an Opinion on something with people trying to change my mind. There are brand i like and brands i hate just like everyone else.

They are trying though, bless em. Seems they have bought in some new designers.
I'm not trying to change your mind dude I just think that your 'opinion' was a little unfair. Their products are well made and are usually pretty much OK. All apart from that honking big case that wouldn't hold any WC gear though

We could play point at the mistakes corsair or antec made all day.
Atleast Antec do seem to have turned over a new leaf though for the time being.

To me me when i look at an Antec case it looks like their ripping Corsair off.
Even then they can't do a good job at the copy.
I'll wait and see. Even in case fans there are better choices.

Back in the day when I was into music production, I built a rig in an Antec Sonata case with an Antec silent PSU. And it was absolutely silent, using a single 140mm exhaust fan drawing cool air in through the case. Great design, everything was vibration dampened and the case was a gorgeous piano black finish. Best quiet case I ever owned.
If you are going to slag of the Antec products, at least get the name right. It's the Antec 1900, not the 1600 you mean!

And as for the product design for some of Antec's products, I'm only the UK Channel Manager for Antec, but I'm working on things with my PD team to create better products etc. I'm an enthusiast myself, I know exactly what is wrong with the Antec range especially on cases, so hopefully things will juist get better and better going forwards.
These UFO fans are just one example of idea's etc I have given to Antec. Cases is not quite as quick and easy, but for sure things will be getting better.
We have a crazy new flagship product coming very very soon, which will be leagues ahead of stuff like the 1900 etc.
