Hi all. I recently bought components for my first self-build and while inquisitivly looking at the shinies inside my PSU, i saw what looked like splodges of white paint(?) on the circuitry. On closer inspection, these blobs of paint were all over the circuits as though someone had held a dripping brush over them. There's nothing on the outer case that gives me a clue as to what it is and I can only assume that the case was put on after. To me it looks like they're not normal and that i should send it back and not attempt to use it.
Anyone seen this before or got any ideas as to what it is or is this usual??
