Probably not, but we can only hope so.
Their overclocks are pretty poor for phase, a fair number have reached 4Ghz on Q6600s with ambient cooling. Holding @ -1 isn't bad but they've given out no voltage figures and not said if that is Evap temp or actual CPU temp. If it's the latter it's not bad, if its the former that pretty awful.
Also R134a boils at -26. So that's not to promising. No compressor size, condenser capacity or cap tube size/length given. I'm not holding my breath.
